suurjuust (3538) - ESTONIA - DEC 18, 2015
Hazy pale yellow beer, big fluffy white head. Nose is citric, fruity, funky notes, grape skins, musty notes, sweetness. Flavor is wet horse blanket, fruity notes, lemon peel, herbal hops in the dry finish. Lingering citrus and horse blanket. Crisp mouthfeel. Musty stuff.

ClarkVV (6708) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - NOV 28, 2015
UPDATED: NOV 30, 2015 750 mL bottle, March 2013, blend 4, drunk 11/28/15.
Clear, coppery blonde color with a moderate amount of white head that sits at cover.
Light, mild brett, floral hops somehow still apparent. Minor oxidation and light lactic acid. Cream of wheat and vanilla. No alcohol or flaws.
Heavy, heavy bile flavor, way too much autolysis. Sharp, flabby and lightly saccharine-like. Obviously sat too long, though it’s still nicely carbonated. Will definitely try again soon w a fresh batch. It’s strange how variable Jester Kings beers age. Some are unbelievably pristine at 3-4 years old and others range from undrinkable to just ok at ~2 years old.

Light yellow clear pour with some lingering white head. Smell is sour and funky. Taste is a bit tart with some funk. Not getting the whiskey barrels but honestly I’m okay with that.

tomer (3516) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - OCT 27, 2015
Draught, almost no head, mellow yeasty aroma with some fruit and just a funky hint, flowery flavor, medium shrubby bitterness and a bit of vinegary sourness that becomes stronger, bitter but not too hoppy. Good.
