750 ml bottle, shared with my wife. From a trade, thanks Santin! Pours a dark clear golden fluid with a three finger white head. Aroma is really enjoyable with some earthy notes, light yeast, grain and some light lemon. Taste is a bit light but very balanced and nice. Some notes from the barrel, some light bitterness and some funk from the brett rounds it out.

25.36 oz bottle at El Camino. This is a hazy gold with no real head. The aroma is a little sour and peppery, certainly funky. My favorite thing about Jester King is how absurdly dry most of their beers are. This is no exception, its drier than most any other beers I can think of. Even, pleasant sourness is in the flavor with notes of oak, straw, barnyard, and lemons. Very tasty.

4 oz sample. Pour was light straw and totally opaque. Very unique looking. My wife said it looked like "sailor pee" and I couldnt really argue. Farmhouse funky aroma. Okay, this is my 8th sample. They are all starting to taste the same. Light hay, mild fruit with a lot of yeastiness. Im not sure Im getting the barrel aging flavor in here. Still, this one is spicy, funky and dry. A good effort.

Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a medium fluffy white head that left some lacing around the glass. The aroma is lemon, citrusy, and hay. The taste is sour up front, but you also pick up the citrus and lemon.
