Draught at source: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is funky and woody. Taste is dry, earthy and funky. Low bitterness but the brett gives in a nice tang. Woody undertone. Nice finish.

The Masonry, Fremont, Seattle. White cream on very lightly hazed yellow gold. Sip is nice waxy Brett-like yeast character with some wafts of dank, damp wood and green hop. Moderately foamy feel, nice woody dry and moderate bitter finish. Nice funk as well. Very nice.

Draft 12 oz pour at the new Masonry location. Quite the impressive place this is. Quite an impressive beer this is too. A mostly clear, shiny golden pour. Gushing foam head. Took quite a while to get this one poured. A soft tart lemon like fruit aroma, buried with oak. Oak is a headliner in the flavor as well, but it's not over the top. Actually a really nice balance of oak and tart citrus. Doesn't have a strong feel to this at all. Quite mild and refreshing. Dry finish. Very good stuff.

750ml bottle, Batch #8. Gusher. Spicy Brett aroma with bright fruity overtones, grassy hops and cedar. Pours cloudy golden colored with a large white head that has good retention and excellent, soapy lacing. Starts with bright citrus and stone fruit flavors as well as a lively mouthfeel. Finishes dry and tart with grassy hops, spicy Brett funk and some cedar flavors. Bright and refreshing farmhouse.

Tasting at Matt's, batch 7, bottled 10/18/2016, 6.5% ABV
Cloudy golden color with large head. Funky aroma like some good Orval. Smooth, highly carbonated, strong funky character, astringent final, cedar wood character.
Really digging this.

750ml bottle @ Matt's. BIF from heavyveggie, thanks! Batch #7 Bottled 2016.10.18
Pours a cloudy dark golden colour with a huge white head. Nose is wild yeasts which blend with what I can only assume is cedar and hops. Flavour is delicious mix of wild yeast, light sourness, huge cider, an interesting funk. It finishes mildly bitter with a dry character. I love it, but not feeling the Belgian Strong aspect.

Oakes (19532) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 1, 2017
Hazy tan, with a big rocky head. Aroma has brett, with a fair bit of sweet malts. The palate is similar, with lots of brett, There's a nice brett, some quality pale malts left over, a touch of nice fruity notes. Excellent, the balance is really on right now.

Batch 7. 750mL bottle, pours a cloudy opaque orange with a large foamy white head. Aroma is very yeasty, with brett yeast, dry cedar, and light lacto. Flavour is very dry, with lots of woody cedar, followed by wild brett yeast, light lacto and saison yeast. Dry, bitter and woody. Nice stuff.

Hazy golden under a hick foamy white head. Musty belgianish bretty aroma with playful grassy and tree fruity tones. Brisk semidry flavor of hay grains and Belgian barnhouse bretty funk. Crisp and flavorful and charming with light lingering white peppercorn and Brett.
