mariuspoenari (2692) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - MAY 18, 2016
On tap at CBC 2016. Dark brown pour. Sour, dark fruit, coffee and chocolate. Right up my alley.

humlelala (1375) - DENMARK - MAY 14, 2016
(on tap @ CBC 2016) Poured into a CBC tulip reveals a pitch black body with little, tan head. Not much in way of regeneration. If you close your eyes and take in the aroma you wouldn’t be able to guess the colour of this beer that has aroma notes of funk, dill, horse blanket and mushrooms. In the mouth the beer carries an oily texture, shows flat carbonation and a medium/light body with a tart finish. Flavour holds moderate tartness but in a restrained way that makes it quite drinkable despite the ABV, which is well masked.

@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, BLUE

black. Roasty, bit dry, some pencils, old wood, on nose. Med bodied, intense, long finish. Med tart, dry, really flavourful. The pencil- like wood, roast.
