Tap. Darkest brown color with beige head. Aroma is dark malts, chocolate, earthy, tart. Taste is cherries, chocolate, cocoa, super-smooth. Velvety mouthfeel, tart cherry finish. Very nice (and I am usually not a fan of dark sours!)

Jester King Brunch at Meddlesome Moth. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of coffee, pomegranate, and toffee. Light sourness with the rich maltiness is impossible for me to separate from the PERFECT pairing of Belgian waffle topped with 5 spice skirt steak and gruyere and an amazing espresso maple syrup. 5* pairing on a unique beer

cfrancis (3612) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 30, 2017
Pours inky black with a quickly disappearing dark brown head. Aroma is tart cherry, light chocolate and oak. Taste is surprisingly un stout like. Now this bottle has been with me for a while so I would love to try a fresh one for comparison but reading the other reviews it seems that this might be normal. Moderate cherry tart, with a little yeast and some oak dryness. A little chocolate but I would like to have the roasted malts come through and balance this out a little more. I think the complexity would blow your mind.

kaser (6430) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 27, 2017
Underwhelming for what I expected. Bottle share pour from 22oz bottle. Very dark pour, the sour is a little off from what I remember.

Christpuncher (3215) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 26, 2017
aroma is incredible, sour cherry. looks like a stout but tastes completely like a sour. intense tart cherry flavors. really good, one of the best in its class for sure. ahd at kasers.

Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Kwaśne, dość wytrawne, sporo jagód/borówek, cierpki finisz
