Bottle. Dark brown pour, with a light tan head. Roast, coffee grounds, vinegar, cherry, acidic, oak, leather, and some harsh astringency. I’m not a huge fan, but it was pretty good. bleeng (1705) - Houston not near Beersel., Texas, USA - JUN 20, 2015
Bottle share. Blend 6. Looks like a stout, drinks like a sour. Lots of skunk going on here with enough stout to hold up the body and backbone. I’ll try my bottle all by myself soon-hahahahaha. Ratpatrol1019 (70) - Palm desert, California, USA - JUN 11, 2015
Crazy beer sour coffee tart and then bitter. Green apple subtle sourness with some vanilla and coffe in aroma and flavor. I really liked this but I can see some not appealing to. Give it a try for sure. umich03jm (3512) - Flat Rock, Michigan, USA - MAY 29, 2015
Bottle. Black pour with a huge head that fades normally to a thick ring. Leaves great lacing. Very cool aroma of coffee grounds, cherry skins, lemon peel, oak, vanilla, and light chocolate. Tastes slightly sour. Big cherry skins, red grapes, oak and vanilla. Coffee comes later with some leather and citrus. Medium to full body. I liked this more than I thought I would.

Enjoyed on tap at Jester King taproom in Austin, TX, which may be my favorite new brewery. Appearance is pitch black with a thin tan head that quickly dissipates. Aroma of sour cherries, stinky cheese, dark chocolate, and espresso. Taste is tart up front and finishes lightly sweet, sourness definitely goes away nicely, one of the best sours I've had, happy to have had it at this great place. thirdeye11 (6162) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAY 23, 2015
(Draught) jet black with dark tan head around the edge and atop the beer. Nose of sweet coffee, funk, Brett, yeast and local terroir, very light roast, touch acidic and sour in the nose, complex leafy greens too. Taste is way more sour than the nose, medium to light roast, fairly funky, Brett, the roastiness in a sour beer really works here. Natural carbonation, medium body, sweet roasty linger with some sour notes too. thome50 (1295) - Morro Bay via Orange County, California, USA - MAR 4, 2015
Bottle, 2013 vintage. Libertine March 2014 bottle share. Pours a deep black/brown with no head. Aroma is light coffee, chocolate and malt. No sourness. Taste is at first more of a malty/toffee brown ale but then picks up a mild sourness. Slight coffee on the finish.
