Aromat mineralny, lekko ziołowy ze szczyptą funku i cytryny. Smak jest fajny, delikatnie kwaśny, lekko gorzki, wytrawny. W smaku zioła, trochę skry, skrki cytryny. W posmaku miły grejpfrut.

Jester King Petit Prince 2.9% Finally got to try this at Bar Volo plus as theyre closing the 750ml was just 18$! Light cloudy gold with a film of white foam plus a wheat, white pepper, brett and banana bread aroma. Very light bodied with a dry soda bread and brett flavor. Pleasant but a tad simple flavor profile.

Pours a murky honey orange-yellow with a foamy white head that settles to a film on top. Aroma is of grain, yeast, and some slight pepper/spice notes. Taste is light grain and maybe wheat with a nice wild yeast character exhibiting hay and very mild tartness. There is also a mild grassy hop flavor. Crisp carbonation and mouthfeel. A good beer and I am impressed it clocks in at only 2.9% ABV for the way it drinks.

750 ml bottle into signature tulip glass; batch #18, bottled on 11/17/2015. Pours slightly hazy golden/straw color with a 1 finger dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big lemon, pear, apple, white grape, peppercorn, coriander, clove, hay, straw, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, light funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, pear, apple, white grape, peppercorn, coriander, clove, hay, straw, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, light funk, and yeast earthiness.Moderate herbal bitterness, yeast spiciness, and slight tangy tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, pear, apple white grape, peppercorn, coriander, clove, hay, straw, herbal, grass, light funk and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and zero astringent flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, crisp, dry, and lightly creamy/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 2.9%. Overall this is an awesome session saison. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and highly refreshing to drink. A really enjoyable and classic tasting table saison.
