Were pleased to announce the release of our latest beer Le Petit Prince Farmhouse Table Beer. Le Petit Prince is a 2.9% ABV farmhouse table beer brewed with pilsner malt, two row malt, pale malt, pale malted wheat, a touch of Caramunich and acidulated malt, lots of Czech Saaz, East Kent Golding and/or other hops (depending on availability) and farmhouse yeast. This is a beer weve been excited about for quite some time now, as we believe that its a clear, simple expression of the delicate, delightful interplay between noble hops and farmhouse yeast.

Draft at Borefts 2012, Bodegraven. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a fine, white cream head. Mellow straw aroma with light, biscuity pale malts. Light sweet flavor with mild lemon rind, some hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Modestly sweet to finish, fairly dry, some more hay providing a restrained bitterness. Great low ABV stuff.

Draught at Beer Tempel, Amsterdam
Cloudy blond color; creamy head. The aroma is fresh, yeasty, spicy, a bit citrusy. Weak, watery mouthfeel, dry cereal character, and quite some spicy yeast character. Fresh hopping.
Not elegant, just a light but fruity and hoppy beer.
