Beautiful hazy golden with a creamy white head, very good retention and lace. Yeasty nose with farmhouse accents and citrussy fruity hop notes. Light sweet medium bitter taste with a dry, astringent mouthcleansing finish. ClubGonzo (5670) - Bergen, NORWAY - NOV 20, 2012
Bottle from Høkeren in Ravnsborgsgate, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy light orange body with a massive foamy head. Aroma is citrus, pine, soap, hints of grass and wet leaves. Fresh. Taste is basement yeasty notes, citrus, blue cheese, bitter leafy vegetable-like tones and hints of orange peel. Strange, but delicious. Medium body, sparkling carbonation. Very nice. arrogantb (1402) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 17, 2012
750ml bottle that a friend split with me, interesting label. Cloudy orange color, almost amber. Smells sort of belgian, a little rustic (what does that even mean really?), yeasty. Taste has a hint of aspirin, I think its the hops but my buddy swears its the yeast. Either way this was quite a refreshing beer and I’d like to taste their other offerings.

Bottle, 75 cl. Beautiful hazy golden with a creamy white head, very good retention and lace. Yeasty nose with farmhouse accents and citrussy fruity hop notes. Light sweet medium bitter taste with a dry, astringent mouthcleansing finish. Rustic yet delicate. swanmann (773) - Nompton, Oklahoma, USA - NOV 16, 2012
It’s gorgeous clear, golden orange with fluffy, off-white head, well sustained and leaving nice lacing. It’s got a bright piny aroma, with a bit of citrus and some dank barnyard and hay. After it warms just a bit, it’s a little earthy, biscuity, mild bitters and sweetness. The noble hops do great with this farmhouse style, great concept, well executed. The finish is semi-dry. Mouthfeel is medium-full. It’s a great brew. Reynolds314 (3450) - Connecticut, USA - NOV 14, 2012

Bottle, 11/12/2012. Pours cloudy orange, dense foamy white head. Aroma is pale cereal malts, yeast, light fruitiness with touch of honey, floral hops. Taste mostly follows suit- pale malts with citrusy, grassy hops, yeast, mellow herbal bitter finish. Medium light palate. Decent, but just.
