Bottle at CPK, London. Poured a hazy lemon color with a giant two-finger head; extremely over carbonated. Smell is citrus, fruity hops, light pepper, a hint of funk, and lemon peel. Taste is lemon, straw, pepper, light brett, and a medium bitter finish. Sticky mouthfeel with medium carbonation and a lingering aftertaste. Nice hoppy taste, with a crisp finish. Light and minerally, crisp Saison, very drinkable and charming. Really liking it markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - NOV 9, 2012
Pours a nice hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is a beautiful bouquet of hops both citrus and floral with hints of pine and yeast. Flavor is similar with a nice bit of grassy, herbal, floral, and mildly piney hops. Light in body and interesting, but heavenly with the roasted peppers from the Farm to Table Pavilion at GABF. jbardin (161) - New York, USA - NOV 8, 2012
Bottle at Barley Swine in Austin. This wheaty, hoppy farmhouse ale is the perfect evocation of a country summer day. Has me excited to get out into Hill Country while we're in town!

Aroma is floral, earthy and spicy with a touch of farmhouse yeast. Taste is smooth bitterness with plenty of noble hop flavor (earthy, spicy, floral) followed by belgian farmhouse yeast. Dry finish and high carbonation. Pawola22 (3262) - Woodridge, Illinois, USA - NOV 1, 2012
750ml bottle from West Lakeview Liquors. Pours a hazy golden colored body with an inch thick, dense and frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is lightly sweetened pale malts with a light grainy wheat, grass, a good amount of florals with a few citruses, and a lightly spiced Belgian yeast. Flavor is similar. A bit more lemon-zest up front with a slight herbal spicing and a lightly sweetened, somewhat bready pale malt backing with a few grainy wheats as well. Florals in the middle with some spicy Belgian yeast, earth, and a slight sour funk. Finishes dry and fairly spicy with a medium-light bitterness, but well balanced with a light malt sweetness and a decent amount of floral fruits. Lengthy aftertaste following a medium-light body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a pretty solid, somewhat hopped up Belgian Ale with a nice balance between the spices, sweetness, and fruits. The slight sour funk from the yeast was also pleasant. Good beer. patricks110 (2548) - Alberta, CANADA - OCT 31, 2012
Really solid session brew with a beautiful Belgian accented flavor. Well hopped and a beautiful flavour overall. The pour is a bright golden orange with a thick foamy off white head with a few lacing splothces. The nose is floral and has a light citrus hop note with a subtle spice and Belgian ester quality. Very balanced and nicely hopped with a good Belgian flavor. Overall, really good solid brew. cervewtf (52) - - OCT 22, 2012
