Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a huge and frothy white head leaving quite some lacework. Dry fruity and yeasty aroma. Light body, extremely yeasty, an almost tannic fruitiness leading to an astringent finish. 100912 coolpop (1394) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - SEP 4, 2012
Bomber. Poured hazy pale gold with a large white, dense head. Aroma was lots of spicy, floral noble hops, some earthy yeast, and some wheaty notes. On the tongue, the noble hops accentuated quite nicely the spicy, earthy, mildly bitter farmhouse yeast. A subtle, very drinkable beer. "Elegant" -- as per the description -- is quite apt. I’ve never had this combination -- farmhouse ale with noble hops -- and I like it a lot. Cool label, too. phaleslu (10274) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 29, 2012
