Aroma is herbal with a slight medicinal edge. Hazed golden in color. A nice clean golden ale with that hoppy-medicinal aroma coming through in the flavor as well. Just kinda "ehh" to me. Notes: Off-Centered Film Fest, Austin ’12

750 ml. Cloudy golden body with a frothy, white head, slowly diminishing. Aroma of floral hops, brett, grass, straw, spice. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Dry finish with a slight tangy taste along with tastes of pear, toasted grain. Lingering bitterness. Balance between the funky yeast and bitter hops is done well.

Pours a hazy orange color with a massive creamy off white head. Notes of apricots, lemon zest, clover, fresh air and milk. Thinner almost watery mouthfeel and medium long bitter finish. Tasty.

Pours a light orangish color, frothy off white head. Aroma of yeast, some tropical fruit, a bit of light spice(maybe some light cinammon), and herbal hops. Flavor is a nice blend of spice, yeast, light hop bitterness, stone fruit hints. Very cool beer.

A - Pours a fairly clear copper-orange color with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down at a very slow pace leaving behind some nice lace. S - Aroma is a mix of banana, clove, and other Belgian yeast elements, some grassy and floral hops, lemons, some bready malts, and some farmhouse funk. T - Starts off with some light bready malts with some orange and lemon, with some banana and light floral flavors. Through the middle, some clove and other spices come through with some more yeast flavors and some farmhouse funk. The finish is a mix of bready malt, some floral and grassy hop, light bitterness, and some lemon zest. M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with dry and lightly spicy finish. D - Very drinkable. Nice sessionable Belgian Pale Ale with some extra hops. The Belgian yeast flavor works really nicely with the hops and bready malts.

750ml from the Rare Beer Club. Nice cloudy light orange pour with prickly carbonation, decent lacing. Potent noble hops and raw yeast in the nose, a touch of young citrus and spice. Mouthfeel is playful, with just a touch of heat from varied ingredients. Flavors aren’t quite as complex as the nose promises, drying out rather one-dimensionally. But still refreshing, pert, and enjoyable.
