Pour very heavily reddish amber with little head. Smell is tart berries, vinegar mixed with some sugar and malt sweetness, lots of tarts fruits,… Taste is true to the stile slightly sweet upfront, sweet malts, caramel, sugar and hint of figs before going into big tartness, sour berries, light vinegar, touch herbs, tart cherries, cherry pits, funk, light oak, almost very sour wine. Malt based body, slightly puckering, easy to drink , touch thinner carb. UPDATED: APR 1, 2016 750 bottle. Deep red/copper with a light head-seems to pour a bit flat. Nose is very sour and citric. Taste is very tart and citric, with a slight lemony flavor. A bit dry and light on the finish. Light body. Decent Belgian style sour.

Pours copper garnet with a thin creamy beige head that lasts troughout the tasting. Mildly sour aromas with a vinous presence of berries, grapes, some cidery notes. Very Nice mix of aromas. Lightly carbonated, Nice acidic bite, fruity, bone dry, ciderish finale, with juste a hint of wood and something nutty. I love the sourness of this one, never too acidic or acetic. T - Sweet caramel and bready malts, sour cherries and other dark and berry fruits, Brett, lactic acid, other funky and sour yeasts, oak, vanilla, Belgian yeast, tart green fruits.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth with a sour, funky, and warming finish.

The beer is dark amber with some crimson highlights. the aroma brings a bouquet of funk, oak, sour cherries, yeast. Beautiful flavor. Simply delicious. Lots of funk and cherry flavor with a lovely sour, puckering finish. Medium bodied and highly drinkable. Flanders red characteristics. I definitely recommend this one.
