Sampled at an esbls tasting. Hazed golden with a thin off white layer. A funky fruity nose. A farmhouse flabor leads. It is funky, malty, and fruity. It smooths out shortly and becomes a bit buttery. Soft fruit. This is nice.
Bottle shared @ RBAG 2015. Deep hazy golden, big barnyard funk, grassy undertones. The malts are sweet, but the palate drys out nicely. pintbypint (3581) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 12, 2015
RBAG 2015, 750ml brown bottle. Murky yellow colour, a thin small white cap up top. Brett in the nose featuring tart lemon, funk. Taste is rather dryish and full off nice brett. Didnít seem very hoppy, quite funky and dry. Ferris (15013) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 12, 2015

Reviewed from notes: glad I got to try a couple bottles of this before it was gone. Pours a nice hazy amber color with white head. Citrus, barnyard funk, yeast, wheat, and pine on the nose; follows onto the palate. A nice medium bodied chewy mouthfeel on this one. Finishes with a funky caramel note. changeup45 (1731) - Lake Mary, Florida, USA - JAN 24, 2014
Bottle from Beerman6686. Thanks! This pours a hazy rustic orange color with a booming off-white head. The aroma is this cotton candy, funky yeast, and fruity ester mix. Picking up grapes and strawberry, oddly. Grass eventually creeps in there too. The flavors are dominated by yeast and fruity esters: apple, pear, and a little banana. This shows more alcohol than Iíd like, which is sharp in the finish, but itís a good beer. The sweetness is contrasted by a nice dry funky character. I just never seem to be disappointed by Jester King. jkwood04 (5448) - Connecticut, USA - DEC 3, 2013
750ml bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy copper with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of floral and lightly citrusy hops, some pale and caramel malts, a little spiciness, and a little bitterness. Flavor the same with hints of fruits and spices on the finish. Average texture. A pretty good beer. mcberko (17178) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 23, 2013
750mL bottle, sent from mista (thanks a lot, Geoff), pours a hazy dark golden with a medium white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, light fruitiness, clove and some bready malts. Flavour brings out clove, loads of Belgian yeast, a touch of candied sugar, and even a touch of wild farmhouse notes. Quite dominated by the yeast and clove to a lesser extent. The farmhouse notes donít come out that much, but the yeast is front and centre. merc7186 (3142) - North Tonawanda, New York, USA - OCT 25, 2013
