2015 vintage 750mL bottle at "Tony's Taphouse" Klimaet (3048) - Aarhus N, DENMARK - DEC 28, 2016
Lively pour; settles down to a clear pale gold beer, loose foam.
Aromas intriguing - dusty, chalky, some citrus & pine hop hang on, spicy, peppery.
Body is very dry, lean, lengthy acidity without being bracing.
Flavours are sort of subdued yet complex - hard cheese, grapefruit rind, plenty of pepper again, sort of dusty oak character somehow. Slightly puckering on finish
Unique, proper farmhouse funk in an IPA
Bottle shared. Pours hazy amber with a medium white fluffy head. Notes of sweet malt, farmhouse yeasty notes, citrus, pine, floral notes, light bitter hoppy but mostly sweet. Finishes sort of spicy. skortila (5996) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - NOV 27, 2016
On tap. Old note. The aroma has bready malts, peach, grass. Bit hazy, amber coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste is moderate bitter, with malt sweetness, bread, citrus and grass. Medium bodied beer. Nice. Bygers (1184) - Oslo, NORWAY - FEB 6, 2016

Impressed how many flavors JK has balanced in this. Sour from farmhouse up front, and a bit funky, and bitter from hops in the backbone. Very nice, would highly recommend. roxtersoxter (358) - McKinney, Texas, USA - OCT 19, 2014
Aroma of citrus, hops, and sour yeast. Typical sour flavor from jester king but with a smooth hop and citrus finish. Pretty good sour.

Pours hazy pale orange with a thick white head. Strong orange peel and rye aroma. Taste has a robust rye taste with lemon and pineapple. Finish is dry and bitter. Nice! TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAY 5, 2014
Reviewed from notes: loved the old bottles with the 2nd Jester King label atop. Pours a nice amber color with off-white head. Pine, spice, and caramel and wheat notes; follows onto the palate. Finishes with light fruit and citrus.
