Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a brown color with a thin white foamy head that fell off at a moderate pace. Light stringy lace.
The aroma had some sweet nuts, good dose of caramel clean malts, light earthy hops and a touch of milk chocolate at the end.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet side and tried to bring in the hops to balance, but they stayed mostly in the background. Mild aftertaste of the malts. Quick malty finish.
The palate was just a touch under from medium bodied with a fairly good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt good as well.
Overall, pretty nice brown ale that I could come back to. Travlr (26075) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 11, 2015

Draft. Pours amber with a thin white head. Clean malty sweetness, light toasted malts, some grainy hints, and low floral bitterness. Pretty good. DiarmaidBHK (5900) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 12, 2012
Draft at brew pub. Pours brown with a thin khaki head. Not getting much nuttiness on the nose but definitely some malt. More maltiness on the tongue wit a solid dose of hops to clean up the finish.
