Draft @ Union Station, Providence, R.I. Standard pint shows classic hazy yellow with the aroma of orange peel and wheat. Flavor is wheat and coriander with a tart orange peel. It has a light under lying sourness that does NOT blend well with the other flavors. Easy enough to drink but something is just a little off. Not the worse Wit I’ve ever experienced. Perhaps this batch was just slightly off. Oh well. ROGUE (2215) - Lewes, Delaware, USA - DEC 23, 2009
On tap at brewhouse. Poured a cloudy pale straw yellow with a fluffy, white head. Aromas of orange and lemon peel, slight coriander, and some slight banana. Flavor follows the aroma along with hints of vanilla and herbal spice. Light to medium in mouthfeel with a slightly dry finish. kp (10882) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - SEP 1, 2007

Aroma: 5/10; Appearance: 5/10; Flavor: 6/10; Palate: 5/10; Overall: 13/20
The score was calculated based upon the notes and an old scoring system.
Light spiciness with a decent bit of citrus in the aroma. Nothing outstanding though makes this beer rather middle of the road. JFGrind (2043) - Glenside, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 22, 2005
Sampled at the Springfield location. Enjoyable easy to quaff with citrus aroma and well balanced spice (coriander) flavor.

UPDATED: APR 4, 2005 On draught, 4/02/05 at J Harvards, Framingham. Served with a lemon, which I promptly removed. Light yellow-gold body, slight haze with a bubbly, off-white head, mostly dissipating in to a cover of bubbles. Aroma of grass, light hay, bubble gum and lemon. Flavor is very grassy, with straw, light vienna malt and a touch of honey and dry wheat. Some light bubble gum, very dry, with drying yeast and a touch of lemon and orange peel. Not terribly flavorful, but at the same time, not terribly watery. Could stand a great deal more malt sweetness, more interesting esters and a bit fuller mouthfeel. Draft at the brew pub. ice hazy golden pour just like a whit should be. Solid citrus aroma with nice lacing on the glass. Palate was decent with a flavor that was a little too acidic.
