UPDATED: AUG 27, 2011 A really nice rendition of the wit style.+++Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a cloudy color with a slight orange tint and a large white head. The aroma was a pleasant mix of wheat and citrus. The flavor was mild, wheaty, mildly spicy and had a nice citrus flavor. Well done. zach8270 (4022) - Henrietta, New York, USA - AUG 12, 2004
UPDATED: DEC 7, 2008 [draft - John Harvard’s Pittsburgh - Monroeville, PA] Poured a cloudy yellow color with a fizzy white head. Heavy yeasty aroma with a ton of citrus and zest. Good sharp yeast and wheat bite with a good citrus followup and a lingering citrus taste. dberger624 (1028) - Voorhees, New Jersey, USA - OCT 29, 2003
Part of the sampler at the Wayne, PA location. Not a bad wit. Nice sweet fruit taste to it. BierBauch (784) - Cape Coral Waterfront Wonderland, Florida, USA - AUG 3, 2003
Served slightly cloudy and honey colored with a small snow white head. Aroma of wheat malt with a sweet citrus present. Light to medium bodied and spicy. Nice wheat flavor that was very sweet and rather spicy. Good malt flavors, mostly wheat. Quite drinkable.

Labelled Belgian Whit when I went (I assume its the same beer, from the description it sounds like it). Very pale in color, looks like lemonade. Opaque, you can’t see through it. Had some taste but not the best. Had a subtle aftertaste. PhillyBeer2112 (2850) - Oviedo, Florida, USA - MAY 19, 2000
UPDATED: FEB 19, 2003 Springfield, PA. Smooth and good tasting. A great balance of malt and hops. The coriander and orange peel flavorings were completely undetectable, though.
