Tap at Lake Grove, NY. Clear dark golden color. Aroma of sweet malt with a hint of honey. Flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and honey. Bitter middle with a long dry finish. The bitterness didn’t really seem to be from hops however.

Had at their downtown D.C. location. Has a slight flowery aroma. Light golden appearance, little to no head. Has a tad bit of honey sweetness to it with a decent mouthfeel. Stays strong throughtout - good with my chicken sandwich.

Had this at John Harvards in Washington DC on 4-24-04. Translucent blond with a small white head. Nose is sugary with a pronounced honey aroma along with faint hops and some sweeter malt notes. More honey in the taste with some malt and maybe caramel(?). A little thin but expected as this was described as a "summer-y refreshing" type beer. More honey during the finish. Mine seemed stronger with the honey than the other two raters have described.

(DC) Clear apple juice body with off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, grassy, light herbal, light fruity. Taste is light sweet, sharp grassy up top before fading into a minimal aftertaste. Light body. Not bad for what it is.
