POured an off orange with a light head. Offered muted citrus on the nose and a more dense citrus flavor on the palate. It finished with a reliable balance of bitterness and hops. goldtwins (4319) - Nesconset, New York, USA - AUG 14, 2005
Well i guess I will stick this one here for now. Lake Grove, Long Island. Cask aged and served. Poured a hazy copper color with a huge off-white head. Aroma of sweet oranges and other citrus. Malty with earthy middle flavors and a touch of butterscotch. DYCSoccer17 (3712) - Woodland, California, USA - MAY 12, 2005
On tap at Manchester, CT location. Quite a bit of citrus in the nose, Smells like band new high-gloss magazine like a Playboy. Mild pine notes. Transparent golden-copper color with an off-yellowish head. Start is grapefruit bitter with sweetness following. Cereal graininess with more citrus hops to finish. Decent, needs more malt body, though.
