Serving: from can--purchased at Full Throttle Bottles. Aroma: light malt and chocolate. Appearance: average, creamy, off-white, initial head with excellent lacing and mostly lasting longevity. Clear, dark-amber body. Taste: lightly sweet initial flavor and finish with short duration. Palate: light-to-medium bodied with creamy texture and flat carbonation. Overall: very good. Easy to drink, great palate and appearance.

Can. Copper coloured with a decent head. Aroma of malts and caramell. Taste is caramell and a very small hint of fruity bitterness. Metallic and watery. Its ok when nothing else is available but I if theres something else available Ill go for that.

If this is the only "beer" on the bar, then it will have to be cider.

Not a bad beer, but not a great one. I tried the Smooth version in a green can, it has had its volume lowered again to 3.6%. Nose: Some metallic notes, sour cream, dust, some sort of floral earthy notes. Taste: Unfortunately the metallic taste is present on the aftertaste. Some caramel\toffee and roasted malt. Tastes slightly watery. Medium bitterness. Price paid: around 1.50.

I bought this beer at the beer of the world in Geneva and I drank it at the lake. It is a light ale, I like when you pour the beer, giving a nice troubled copper color. The foam is creamy and brown-white. The taste is watery, one side of bitterness, a bit fruity, few hop and malt, particulary refreshing during the summer.

@oakdene forest, Ringwood, extra cold (yeah !), 1/2 a pint, light brown with creamy off white head. Aroma of caramel, malts. Taste is very smooth, weak bitterness, weak sweetness, light beer with a caramel malty base, smooth head is very sticky, softly balanced, bitter aftertaste, not so special, still its nice cold ;)

Pours brown with thick creamy head. Smooth and goes down easy. Malty and relatively sweet - toffee/caramel. Cheap and cheerful

A popular session ale that I often buy a case of cheaply from my local supermarket for BBQs, camping & general get togethers, its not too strong and very easy to drink & has one of the longest lasting heads of most ales Ive had. Both original & smooth taste ok but I much prefer the smooth. Not one for the serious ale drinker but I can see why it is so popular.
