Bottle, 50cL. Home. A yellow to orange hazy beer with a big white foamy head ; good retention. Herb, flower, plant, roast, light citrus and biscuit. Light to medium sweet, light dry bitter refreshing. Light to medium body, average texture, light silky, average carbonation, sweet herbal light dry acid finish. Overall, enjoyable herbal light french ale ; beautuful label but no name of the beer on the front label (minus 1!).

Bottled. Cloudy golden, small head. fruity nose with mustard seeds and hay. Dry with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Somewhat floral with gentle bready malt and notes of perfume. Mid bitter finish. Harmonious.

From a bottle, pours straw golden yellow. The nose is very herbal, yeast, grains, citrus fruit, and some funk. The flavor is moderately sweet, a little corn, wheat, grass, more flowers and herbs. This is strange, but still a little refreshing.

Bottle courtesy of nimbleprop, thanks! Great labels, extra appearance points for the little skulls and swords. Cloidy to murky yellow color, bright white head. Aroma of dusty white pepper and straw. Taste is bitter, dusty and peppery.

500 ml shared by nimbleprop at the DC Local Tasting. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, stone fruit. Tastes of floral notes, herbs, light skunk. Light body with a dry finish.

50cl bottle I picked up in Toulouse. Pours a muddy gold with some very active, white head. Nose is trashy, some dried bread yeast, mild herbs, some oregano, a little rotten grape. Flavor has some bread crust, cigarette ash, mild grass, herbs. Spritzy finish. Weird.

Wonderful little beer here. Floral yeast with some strange herb here - harder to place than the gaelic-sounding name is to pronounce. Pours cloudy gold with great head and lacing. Light sweetness. Bottle thanks to Andy.

Thyme aroma. Cloudy amber, medium head. Kumquat, not tart, mild thyme note. A nice amber that isn’t boring.
