COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A fall inspired version of Bam Biere - a richer, fuller recipe to start and of course a lot of chestnuts to the mash as well! Rich auburn, gently tart, notes of earthy chestnuts, flavors of cashew, taro, traces of autumn smoke and a slightly orange juiciness in the finish...

Bottled. Pours hazy deep golden with a small off-white head. Aroma of funk, barnyard and lemon notes. Slightly sweet flavor that ends up being dry with a little bitterness. Medium bodied, watery to oily texture and soft carbonation. A nice Saison. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

On tap at Community Tap. Decent, but hard to drink anything next to Alexander. Fairly nutty and reminiscent of autumn in general. Somewhat funky and oak is apparent. Lightly sour. Got funkier as we sipped it. Always nice when a beer morphes into something different over the course of 30 minutes.

On tap at Whole Foods Post Oak. Pours a cloudy gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong oak, barnyard, lemon zest. Medium body, oak, funk, earth, lingering dry finish, very good.

Cloudy yellow, and not much foam. Smells cidery and winey, with hints of roasted nuts. Taste is a bit sour, some winey, oak flavors, and more roasted nuts. Some brett funk as it warms.

This is nuts. Literally. Cant really tell its nuts. Brett dominates this one and dries it out nicely. But not much more than that im afraid.

Bottle. Light yellow, hazy pour with fluffy white head with soft bubbles of various sizes. Looks awesome. Aroma is citrus, grassy, lightly sour. Flavors are more sour and come together beautifully. Fruity, brights, refreshing. A tough of nuttiness, although Im not sure I would have noticed without the label. Delicious and super easy to drink. Very soft mouthfeel and finish.

Pours light reddish brown with a white head. Aroma is earthy, bready, nutty, citrus and floral...lots going on and it changed as it warmed. Taste is spicy with a tart bite. Light bodied, slick texture with some stickiness on the finish.
