Bottle from LCBO. Funky Brett aroma, with lemon and straw. Pale yellow with fluffy white head, nice lacing. Lemon and straw up front, tart apple middle, lingering dryness. Quite lovely.

780 ml bottle. Clear straw pour. Voluminous white head, tons of puffy white lacing. Aroma is slightly floral and mildly funky, bit of barnyard. Taste is moderately tart, lightly straw, some spice notes and pretty dry in the finish. Nice light body, fairly soft carbonation.

750 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a cloudy dull golden orange wth large white head with good retention. Aroma is lemon, tropical fruit, spice, some yeasty funk and a bit of a floral note. Flavour is quite fruity with tart lemon, apple, other fruitiness, barnyard funk, moderate spiciness, flowers and light graininess. Fine carbonation. Impressive.

Jolly Pumpkin is new to my space of the world and Bam Biere seemed like a damn fine place to start. And it was. Golden and sudsy pour with just a little sediment. Floral, yeasty, and fruity aromas - a big, zesty orange peel note. Flavors are pure Belgian-style Saison. Lemon, orange, and other tropical fruits. White bread, coriander, flowers, and lightly earthy funk. The feel is bright, semi-dry, lively, and tart. Its hugely refreshing. As a kid, Wishbone was my favorite Jack Russell. Bam just surpassed him.

Jolly Pumpkin Bam Bire has a lot of complexity going on. Hazy orange pour with a contrasting white head. Nose is fruity and funky. Taste cycles from fruity, to funky, to tart and then dry on the backend. Very interesting! Bam Bire is one refreshing beer.

Pours a rather pale yellow to orange body with a huge, egg white head that laces the glass very well. The head is very long-lived and settles as a fully lasting layer of foam. Funky and strong aroma with notes of tart fruits and lemon, with slightly fermented apples in the back. Strong flavour that follows the barnyard feel of the aroma, with the same tart citric notes and even more apple. Quite acidic taste. Light, dry and lively carbonated. A crisp and refreshing beer.
