This delicious farmhouse ale is named for our Jack Russell, who struck by a car, bounced back in fine tenacious Jack Russell fashion, and is brewed for those of us who knocked down, have picked up, dusted off and carried on undaunted. Golden, naturally cloudy, bottle conditioned and dry hopped for a perfectly refreshing balance of spicy malts, hops and yeast. Please enjoy our beers in good health, And look both ways when crossing the street!

Pours a cloudy straw color with a huge white foamy head that never really goes down. Sour, yeasty aroma with definite notes of grapefruit and spice. A lot of carbonation on the palate. Flavor is good. Much like the aroma, sour and yeasty. Grapefruit and sour apple. The aftertaste is a bit chalky and sticky. Pretty good beer, though.

Bottle, 375mL. 4.5%. #1800. Purchase ("Biere-revolution.com", FR). Home. A golden light opaque beer with a medium white foamy head ; good retention ; ok lacing. Biscuit, fruits (citrus), wild woody notes (brett aroma I guess), herbal note. Light to medium dry fresh sour, sweet note, light bitter. Light body, thin texture, average carbonation, dry sour lasting finish. Overall, enjoyable !

Bottle from Total Wine in Orlando, FL. Aroma is floral, spicy yeast, fruit (maybe peaches), mild funk, some oak. Taste is dry, crisp, tangy fruit, nice underbelly of brett (but not heavy-handed), nice hoppy-ness as well. Very balanced. Classic stuff.

Sampled in Ann Arbor at their brewery. Its sour aspect OK but way too light. Sorry these notes were just for myself now I'm forced to publish them and need more characters to do so, hence this sentence ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
