Bottle sampled in a glass, this beer was a light to less than hazy medium gold-yellow, and it had a white cover, it left nice spots and partial rings of lacing on the glass, the nose had aromas of JP funk, sour grapefruit, wood, light malt, lemon, fruit pith and skin, some herb hops, a bit of bread, a little pineapple in the background, a bit of fruit sweetness, the flavors were sour grapefruit, lemon, and pineapple, light malt, little fruit sweetness, the finish had a sour tart fruit with a light bitterness, the mouth feel was light, there was average carbonation, creamy on the lips, it was dry and felt lighter than a 5.1% alc. beer, this beer smells and tastes like a sour fruit drink that had some tartness with saison in the background, it was a ok drink.

375 mL bottle poured, courtesy of mcberko. Thanks! Plenty of funk and citrus fruit on the aroma. Plenty of tart going on. At what point does a saison become a sour. Pretty equal with citrus tart and citrus hops. Pleasant. Very nice.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral dry hopping, barnyard funk, light brett and saison yeast. Flavour is quite bitter, with lots of bitter dry hopping, funky brett yeast, and light floral notes. Bone dry, quite pronouncedly bitter, and dry. A little harsh, but it's solid.
