Bottle. Poured hazy brown with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate tart citrus spice aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and bottle conditioned thin particles. Medium sour flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind. Bottle. I would say this was a sour/red.....
Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Red amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy very sour aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Long sour moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Served on draft at the Michigan Summer Beerfest, 2010, as part of RBSG festivities. Pours a hazy dark orange amber color with a thin head. Fair head retention and lacing. Tart aroma of cherries, peaches and an earthy funkiness. The taste is very tart cherries, apples, a bit of vinegar and lemon. Thin-medium bodied. Nice beer. Slightly hazy chestnut with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of wine barrel, vanilla and caramel, with a little horse-blanket brett. Dry and tart, with cherry notes and brett and quite complex oak.
