[ Batch 285 ]. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, citrus, orange, moderate to heavy yeasty, barnyard, spicy, coriander notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet, moderate acidic and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild brett-ish citric and dry wheaty with a mild spice note. Wineous dry and citric flavoured, lending towards a dry white wine and with a smooth wheaty base flavour. Light spice accent. Light barnyard note on the back of the nose. Medium dry to dry and spiced into the finish. Nice one. Ungstrup (37309) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAR 6, 2006
An unclear yellow beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet spicy - with ginger being quite strong. The flavor is very carbonated with notes of spices - again strong notes of ginger, but also lesser notes of coriander, leading to a dry end. Less carbonation would do this beer good. joergen (27983) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 28, 2006
Clear yellow coloured with a white head.
Aroma of citrus with notes of fruits and spices.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Hazy yellowish golden colour. Medium white head. Aroma is sour and acidic along with wheat and yeast. Flavour is sour and slightly acidic wheat, yeast and spices. I could believe this actually was Belgian.

Bottle. Hazy pale golden colour. White head. Aroma is spicy with hints of yeast and coriander. Flavor is much the same as aroma, but also hints of citrus. Has a spicy finish. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 29, 2006
(Bottle 75 cl) Pours an unclear, pale golden with a rather tall, white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus and coriander. Rather light-bodied with plenty of fresh fruit, but quite a different fruit profile than in your typical Belgian Wit. Perhaps a wee accent of coconut? Very fresh, would be the perfect summer quencher. 270106 omhper (24973) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 2, 2009
Bottled. Cloudy golden. lactic nose. Sweetish and light bodied. Orange and vanilla withtart yeasty acidic flavours. Juicy and refreshing, surprisingly complex for a wit. Good and unusual. madmitch76 (24388) - , Essex, ENGLAND - MAY 5, 2012

Hazy pale gold beer. Dry crisp palate. Slightly sour with a little lemon and orange citrus. Very dry crisp finish. Seems quite sour for a Witbier but not as bad as a proper sour.
Draft at Pizzeria Paradiso. Very cloudy yellow. Aroma of bubblegum and clove. taste is very strong bubblegum, banana, cinnamon, with decent hops. Very nice.
