750 mL bottle, big thanks to nimbleprop for sharing this one! Hazy purple/almond colored pour, small fizzy head. Nose and flavor bring beautiful unripe stonefruit with plum, hints of dry roast, caramel and molasses, touches of cherry pit. Medium attenuation, good tartness but not acetic at all. Yummy. _angst_ (5009) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAY 17, 2014
Bottle received in trade. Thank you lionsandbeer! Pours tiny hazy golden with a frothy offwhite head that leaves lots of sticky lacing and trace on the glass while dissipating. Taste is slightly sour, tiny malty and fruity with dark bread, ripe plums, ripe grapes, moist wood, moist hay, lemon juice, lemon zest and hint of St. John’s wort.
