Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma of wood and sour fruit. Taste is a little tart, a little wild, and slightly sweet. Medium bodied. Quite nice. Petkus331 (389) - Redford, Michigan, USA - OCT 12, 2014
Aroma of oak tannins and apple sourness. Appears orange brown, plenty of lace. Taste is amazing, tannic, sour, and roasty malts. Overall, great. firstsip (733) - Michigan, USA - OCT 12, 2014

Maybe the best sour I think I have had. I have come to expect nothing but from jolly pumpkin.

Bottle from CBX. Deep hazy amber pour with a large frothy white head with thick sheets of lacing. Funky, musty, oak yeasty aroma, tangy citrus along with hints of spices, flowers and a very light sweetness. Citrus, oak, yeast funkiness and lactic acid. Relatively smooth body and lower carbonation for JP beers. Very tasty. mansquito (6513) - Nueva York, New York, USA - SEP 27, 2014
New Beer Distributors, NYC 750ml ($13.25) Nov. 4, 2011 bottle: When I first opened this, some of the sediment was stuck around the rim, fortunately, this is a sour, so it poured pretty nice with a relatively long-lasting head. Body is kind of murky orange. Aroma is lactic acid, quite strongly so. There is also a nice pastry-like maltiness that you can get in the aroma. Basically, it smells nice. Taste is relatively sour. There is a light caramel maltiness in there, but it was actually lighter than I expected. You definitely get the autumnal maltiness in the finish a little, as the sourness is more up at the front. kidmartinek (5001) - austin, Texas, USA - SEP 25, 2014
Pumpkin golden color. White head covers the beverage until you’re ready to drink it which could be 10s of minutes. Super tart, woody, and pucker-inducing. Like brass and gold. The finish is all toffee and nuts. You’re welcome! slowrunner77 (12147) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 24, 2014
"Labeled as Autumn Fire, and definitely more of a sour/wild ale than a belgian, or any other style. Agressively sour more so than a lot of their beers. Very heavy oak and funk presence in the aroma and flavor, which i loved. Initial head disappates quick to leave a rather flat looking beer, otherwise this beer is the bomb. Musty, light spices and fruit. near puckering sour aftertaste. Love it."

9/13/2014. 750 ml. bottle. Hazy deep amber with a creamy white head. Yeasty aromas, hints of spice and oak. Tart up front, a bit acidic, caramel notes and the chestnut flavors are prominent. The finish is long and dry. Medium carbonation.
