mcberko (17178) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 4, 2017
On tap at VCBW Festival 2017, pours a cloudy bright golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of dry oak, light saison yeast and just a hint of dry hopping. Flavour is rather abrasive, with tons of oak, bitter dry hopping and funky saison yeast. A little bit too much astringency on the hops, but it works pretty well.

Thick lacing and medium lacing. Cloudy orange appearance. Dank fermented aroma. Light carbonation that finishes easily. Mildly sour, very solid saison. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Schouskjelleren Ølfestival 2016. Hazy light brown body with a low white head. Aroma is tropical with jolly yeast, zesty fruit. Taste is fruity and dry, funky, mild oak notes, acidic and fresh finish with a strong zesty grapefruit finish. Very nice!

Bottle. Golden with one finger head. Tart, but not as sour as most jp beers. Funky yeast, but dialed down. Tropical fruit. Dry and lightly bitter with citrus rind in the finish. Decent, but for the price, a disappointment.

Dogbrick (12932) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - DEC 26, 2016
This beer pours a hazy pale golden color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Sticky strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of funky yeast, fruit, oak and malt. Light to medium body with the distinct Jolly Pumpkin sour and funky yeast character, with notes of oak and doughy malt in the background. The finish is citrus and tropical fruity with a yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Lukaduke (3206) - Gray, Maine, USA - DEC 25, 2016
Pours a medium orange golden color with a finger of eggshell foam. The nose is a bit of new tennis balls, tropical fruit, sour oranges, basement must and some rustic grain backbone. Palate follows the nose with lots of stonefruit, murky tropical notes, tons of bitter citrus pith and lingering orange juice.

750 ml bottle shared by Tmoney99. Pours a hazy golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have tart/sour citrus and tropical fruit, papaya, stone fruit, mango, caramel, the typical Jolly Pumpkin funk although more mild, wood, just a hint of vinegar, very good beer.
