Pours mahogany with a small beige head. Smells lightly tart, subtle spice and fruit. Taste is sour, light sweetness, Christmas holiday spice and dark fruits. 750 mL bottle poured at a tasting. Reddish brown color pour with an active fizz head. Dark fruit aroma, with oak and soft malt. Earthy I suppose. Flavor is juicy up front. Soft spice, oak, mixed berry and black cherry flavors that linger. Very nice beer. Enjoyed this.
Riktigt gott.

Tart Vinegar aroma with some yeast. Heavy haze red color. Tart cherries and raspberries up front, like the unripe ones that shouldn’t be picked. Sour and bitter Orange peel taste in the middle and ends on a begium bitter. Mouth is full bit easy to finish. Tap thepatrickman (1336) - Jevington, East Sussex, ENGLAND - DEC 21, 2015
On draft at York River Landing. Much more of a Belgian sour / lambic than a strong ale or a Christmas ale. Real craftsmanship, with balanced flavors from the malt and the yeast leading to a sour, tasty beer. Extremely good. k0mpsa (2964) - Tuusula, FINLAND - DEC 19, 2015
