Bottle, bought at Ølbutikken, Cph. Pours a nice, clear red with a medium, frothy, off-white head. Fine duration. Sweet aroma with wood, bourbon, yeast and lots of dried fruits. Lightish mouthfeel for the ABV, some good dryness. Flavour is pleasantly sweet, fruity, some cherries, brett, vinious, wood and a good, clear tartness. Some spiciness as well. Very drinkable for the ABV. tsetlock (66) - Hartland Twp, Michigan, USA - DEC 26, 2008
Pours a very dark brown with a medium dark tan head and excellent lacing. Aroma of yeast and caramel, with a bit of sweek bourban smell. Nicely balanced tart and sweet flavors with good depth. Texture was a bit inconsistent but the finish is pleasantly sour.

A great offering for Christmas. I couldnt detect any of the alcohol on this one. Goes from sour to spicy sweet in a weird matter of minutes. Excellent. The finish is super smooth and creamy. Jayb0 (1218) - Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA - DEC 23, 2008
A nice beer with some up fron sourness, slipping into a sweet, (mild) dark fruit middle and a surprsingly clean, dry finish for the ABV. You can actually cleanse your palate with this beer. pineypower (3346) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - DEC 21, 2008
Bottle from EZ. Pours out a very attractive mahogany color with a rather large tan head. Aroma is of oak, dark fruits, brett and slight alcohol. Taste is very complex, cherries, dried fruit, oak, earth, spice and some tartness throughout, very easy drinking, slight alcohol burn on the end but overall not much alcohol going on.

Pours a very dark chestnut brown with a medium dark tan head and excellent lacing. Aroma of hay, yeast and caramel. Nicely balanced tart and sweet flavors with good depth. Texture was a bit inconsistent but the finish is pleasantly sour and snappy. keepersj12 (3137) - Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA - DEC 21, 2008
Christmas, New years, Fourth of July, I dont care. This is one damn good beer. Aroma of sweet fruit, bourbon. Dark amber with a big foamy head. Flavor is very complex. Vanilla, fruit, wood, bourbon. Very dry finish, somewhat sour feel.. 17thfloor (2444) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 19, 2008
2007 bottle blend 2. Pours a glowing clear dark purple red with a huge billowing pink tinted thick foamy head. Great cheesy woody tart cherry aroma. A very tasty beer, quite dry, the woodiness really mellows it out, faint hint of tart cherries, light funky cheese, again super dried out, the flavors are sooo light. This is like the diet soda of sours, unbelievably crisp and clean. Almost has a cherry orval like taste. Light body, extremely airy, softer crisp carbonation, fluffy mouthful. Delicious, but the only complaint is the very short finish. AgentSteve (1647) - SF Bay Area, California, USA - DEC 15, 2008
Burnt caramel pour with a huge foamy tan head. The nose and flavor are dried fruit sweet with a substantial amount of all spice like influence. Quite sweet with a clean finish. michael-pollack (4959) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 15, 2008
750ml Bottle: Aroma of Brett, wood, and tart fruit. Pours brown with hints of red and amber in color and a small, creamy, off-white/tan head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Sparkling. Flavor is medium tart and lightly sweet. Tastes of Brett, tart fruit, wood, metal, slight watermelon, grape, and a hints of malts. Medium body. Tingly texture. Lively carbonation. Tart, Brett finish produces massive salivation.
