Nice maltiness with some funky brett impact. Citrus, some fresh grass. Light sweetness with light bitterness. Awesome balance, refreshing and enjoyable. Not sure about style though

Pours usual orange, quite clear. Lacing and other great things going on with the foam. Aroma is nicely funky, frost bitten berries, soft sourness. Taste is also soft, some tannins there, smooth sour that has some bitter edges but still easily delivers what you are looking from sour beers. Well done.

Draft. A- Funky, wheat. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Plastic, mild funk. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- Plastic and funk is what I get here. Not what I expected for a Belgian Strong Ale. Seems JP just wants to have their funk and not much else. Let down.

Bottle from Brewcraft, drank w Matt at home on Valentine’s Day. Pours a cloudy green-gold with thin white fizzy head. Smells very nice - lots of citrus (lime, lemon, tangerine, orange peel), floral (lily?) wood chips hop, Belgian yeast and a bit of hay, light pepper. Fruity tartness pairs well with the wood chips. Taste is moderate citric tartness, moderate sweetness, ends on dry moderate bitter lemony note. Body is quite smooth, fine carbonation. Very nice - zesty and a lot of flavour without losing delicacy.
