Golden in color, light small head. It smelled of pinapple, sour, sweet. The favor reminded me of tropical fruit candy flavors. Pinapple, sweet and sour, malty, fruity, and floral. It had a light refreshing body to it.Very bubbly. I liked the flavors, this is an enjoyable beer.

Draft. A- Funky, wheat. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Plastic, mild funk. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- Plastic and funk is what I get here. Not what I expected for a Belgian Strong Ale. Seems JP just wants to have their funk and not much else. Let down.

Bottle from Brewcraft, drank w Matt at home on Valentines Day. Pours a cloudy green-gold with thin white fizzy head. Smells very nice - lots of citrus (lime, lemon, tangerine, orange peel), floral (lily?) wood chips hop, Belgian yeast and a bit of hay, light pepper. Fruity tartness pairs well with the wood chips. Taste is moderate citric tartness, moderate sweetness, ends on dry moderate bitter lemony note. Body is quite smooth, fine carbonation. Very nice - zesty and a lot of flavour without losing delicacy.

Bottle from Brewcraft at home on valentines. Hazy dull golden pour with dense white head. Aroma is sharp and spiced - like a oaked saison, which I guess makes sense. Smells a bit like a white wine mixed with saison. Carries into taste too, with a nice tartness throughout. Some subtle fruitiness, sweet banana, tart finish that lingers and some warm booze at the end. Really nice. Thanks to Kenneth for the rec.

Bottled 08-21-15, maybe it was the age but this sprayed quite a bit, released a lot of fruity scents. Smell has funky fruitiness and rich spicy grains, wood is subtle. Slight woodiness balances well with the funk, pepper, slight sweetness. Round medium body with lots of fine carbonation. Complex and delicately balanced but surprisingly quaffable.

Bottled. Pours a hazy golden with a yeasty sour aroma. Yeast and bitterness dominates with a tinge of tartness,
