2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
750 ml bottle served in a Duvel green tulip. Blend # 5, bottled on 5-09-2012.
A: Pours a burnt orange color with a yellowish head forming the pour. It has some nice body to it as it recedes to a thick cap and collar. Nice sheets of lace are left down the sides of the glass.
S: Some light cherry tartness with some yeasty sweetness to it. Sweet fruit juice is also present in the nose. Definitely missing some lacto sourness in the nose. A touch of oak is present on the nose as well.
T: Sweet fruit juice, maybe some blueberry and cherry, with a very subtle tart note. Some light lemon grass with a odd celery note to it. Oak tannins with some vanilla sweetness on the finish with a pale malt body.
M: Medium to light bodied with a prickly carbonation level. Clean, semi-drying finish.
O: This was entirely disappointing. The beer itself wasn’t bad, but it’s very poor representation of the style. No biting sourness and very little tartness in the taste as well. Not worth the price.

Very flanders red-like nose, very nice and complex, translates into the taste, balance towards the oak and acetic part, but not overwhelming. pitch992 (230) - SLOVENIA - OCT 6, 2017
Aroma: several caramels, tart, lactic smoothness, oak, vanilla, fruit-strawberries, grape, funk.
Appearance: orange to red hue, slight off white head, good retention. Taste is similar to aroma, good balance between sweet, tart, funk, lacto. Somewhat medium body slick feel, creamy, soft carbonation, long finish that is well balanced.
Quite good, complex and well balanced. Juks (936) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - SEP 30, 2017
750ml bottle thanks suurjuust. Pours hazy dark orange, white head. Aroma is sour, brett, woody, tannin, winey, bit vinegary. Taste of brett, sourness, berries, wood. Medium bodied, over average carbo. I can drink it as woody sour beer, but nothing special here. suurjuust (3674) - ESTONIA - SEP 30, 2017

750ml bottle (thanks suurjuust). Cloudy redish copper color. Tiny size, beige head, stays. Sour, berries, yeasty, poo in aroma. Acidic, berries, red currant, yeasty and dirty in taste. Acidic berries in aftertaste. Not my thing. Messy brew. gr_pa (802) - siemianowice, POLAND - SEP 24, 2017

On tap at Muted Horn Berlin. Comes with a hazy, dark amber color and a tiny white head. Taste is simple sour, acidic with unspecific fruits (Maybe unripe berries ). Taste follows the nose. Slightly sweet finish. Was expecting a little more AgentAle (1806) - Alberta, CANADA - AUG 21, 2017
