On tap during MBF 2010, RBSG. Hazy gold bright white cap, the lemon grass is really really nice, fresh adn candy like, lemons, light spice - amazing spices. The chick next to me isn’t wearing a bra and has big, huge nipples.... yea! Taste: really wheaty, big citrus lemon, very sweet and tangy, little bit of spices, light pepper, bizarre, good bite and goes back smooth and leaves a tingle in the mouth, sour starting to roll through on the back end. Michigan Brewer’s Guild Summer Festival 2010. Bright citrus, pale golden pour. Fresh and tropical with a kiss of pineapple. Brightly fruity/herbal nose with a soft wheaty aroma. Fresh and fruity. Nice bright estery character with a touch of peach as well. Bright tartness and a lovely fruitiness. Juicy and fruity. Man, this is good stuff. ryan (3186) - Beltsville, Maryland, USA - JAN 5, 2011
MBGSF ’10. Big beautiful citrus-- lemony nose with lots of tart yogurt. Taste is lightly sweet, moderately tart, and just slightly bitter. Flavors of juicy lemon, dusty hay, light cotton candy and flowers. Lovely stuff and the top beer of the fest. NobleSquirrel (3438) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 5, 2010
Draft at MBGSF at RBSG ’10. Pours a hazy gold. Nose is super lemon balmy with herbal notes. clove and spice come through, as does bread. JP funk. On taste, excellent tartness, clean. Not hefe at all, more lemon balm notes. some mild funk. Pretty excellent. zdk (1917) - New York, New York, USA - SEP 12, 2010
sampled at MBGSF’10 - arouma is incredible.... citrusy, lemongrass, basil. Light floral. quaffable. Perfect lightly tart and funky summer beer... especially considering the oppressive heat of the fest.

Pouring at the Michigan Brewers Festival during RBSG. Pours a milky yellow with a thin white head. Light musk and yeast, soft lemon and wheat. Little bit of lemon and musk, faint wheat. No lemon grass really, but still tasty. puzzl (3260) - New York, New York, USA - AUG 2, 2010
Tap at MBGSF. I drank this one repeatdely. Wheaty, full, and rich, spicy yeast. Unmistakable JP funk. And of course, that signature "thai" note that you’d expect from lemongrass. This one works exceptionally well. The beer is as sessionable as ever, but has a cool complexity you don’t find in the original. Excellent. masonjer (609) - Holt, Michigan, USA - JUL 29, 2010
Poured at the MBG Summer Fest 10’. Poured a nice hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma was huge lemon (wood soap, in a good way), citrus and brett, taste was much the same, great acidic lemon throughout, I didn’t know the lemon grass would really add that much flavor, still a yeasty background, very refreshing tartness. This was one of my favorite new beers of the fest, I was really digging this one. KyotoLefty (10604) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JUL 29, 2010
On tap at MBGSF 2010. Big lemon grass aroma. Very tangy, with lemon. Very dry, medium-strong sourness. Smooth, with lots of lemon and lemon grass. Herbal as hell. Nice, very refreshing. I would have it a little bit more sour. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - JUL 27, 2010
Sampled on tap at the MiBGF (Ypsilanti, MI). Pours hazy bright yellow, straw small whitish head. Aromas are lemon, grass, wheaty flaked wheat, dusty brett. Initial mirrors this, decent lemon acidity, grass, wheat, brett. This is nicer version, the lemon grass leaves the base Bam intacr, providing a citrusy accent and grassy appeal, decent bitterness. Quite tasty, would like again in a sitting element. Nice wheat bread, esters play off the lemon grass with a synergy, proper bitterness, nice funky brett, dust, barnyard.
