Aroma is fruit/citrus, salt and mild oxidation. The flavor is smoked malts, wheat, mild sweetness, salt, spices and a mix of slightly odd heat and sour in the finish. SudsMcDuff (8438) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - NOV 16, 2014
11.2 ounce brown glass, my bottle did NOT have a chick with a big rack on it, which is bullshit, i like fat tits! .. . smell is of cereal and smoke .. . medium body .. . mild grains, cereal, raunchy hay, and mildly sweetened smoke . . very crushable beer .. i’d drink this every now and again .. . . gently massage fire onto face, using circular motions. use twice a day or as needed. reggiedunlop (3725) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 14, 2014
Pours a slightly hazy blond with a medium white head...creamy lacing and retention. Aroma is crackery with faint smoke and fruit. Flavor follows suit...steps up the smoke just a bit...very mild. Mouthfeel is medium / full and creamy with a finish that goes from mildly earthy to more smokey. blackisle (2637) - Amsterdam IJburg, NETHERLANDS - OCT 15, 2014

UPDATED: NOV 6, 2015 Grodziskie made by The Monarchy, which intends to resurrect extinct beer types; a collaboration between Jopen, De Bierkoning, Evan Rail and beer historian Ron Pattison. Unfortunately not the willow-bark version - that would have been even more authentic, I guess. Stable, thick, creamy head, murky ochre blonde colour. Wheaty aroma with smoked meat, ashes, charcoal, grass, straw, soap; wheat sourish onset, some estery fruitiness, bit of citrus, strong smoked malts in the middle, ashes and tobacco, finishing in grassy and peppery hop bitterishness. Very interesting but not really accessible - and let’s be honest, there is not much around to compare this with. MWMBeerguy (203) - Massachusetts, USA - SEP 9, 2014
Wonderful smoky aroma. Gold color with thick white frothy head. Nice pallate with balanced smoky taste. Really good beer

Slightly hazy golden colour, white foamy head that nicely laces the beer. Nose has smoky but creamy cheese and sweet malts. Additionally, taste is very soft and slightly acidic (probably the oat or the yeast used). Medium carbonation, easily drinkable light body. fonefan (49554) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUL 13, 2014
