UPDATED: OCT 31, 2017 Bottle at home. Pours a relatively dark, caramel colored and hazy beer with little foam. Mixture between pils and weissbier. Not Jopen’s best brew, but I like the idea of an everyday hoppy pils.

33cl bottle at home. Appearance: hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma: citrus peel, some flowers, wheat and something savory. Taste: medium sweetness and medium bitterness. Notes of citrus peel/zest, hop resin, wheat, grass. Palate: light bodied, thin texture and lively carbonation. I don't really enjoy this one. Eventhough it's a session ipa, I still think the body is a little to weak and watery and the aroma/taste is too much toward the wheat ale side.

Benzai (16924) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - OCT 1, 2017
Bottle @ home. A bit hazy orangy color, medium to full sized a bit rough white to off-white head that lasts for quite a while. Smell and taste wheat, citruspeel, hops, lightly grassy, lightly yeast, citrussy bitter. Decent to good body for 3% ABV beer, average body in general, decent carbonation, suitable texture. Solid session IPA, though a bit too much citruspeel-ish for me to really enjoy it. Decent though, definitely worth a try.

Keg at boudewijn. Pours golden, nose is grassy, floral, toffee, taste is similar, little sweet.
