UPDATED: SEP 15, 2017 Extremely sophisticated beer, rich in taste, notes of fruit and peppery finish. A nice alcoholic touch as well, but overall perfect balance. An extraordinary beer and one of the few tripel ipa's I've had so far.

Zlotta (3737) - Hagen / Düsseldorf, GERMANY - SEP 3, 2017
0.33 l bottle from 'Sterk Avondverkoop', bottled in May 2017. Hazy, orangeish amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, fruity, rather resiny and minimally cheesy aroma of mango, orange jam, tangerine and lots of pine. Quite sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity and resiny taste of mango, orange jam, tangerine, lots of pine and some honey, followed by a medium long, rather dry-bitter, resiny and slightly herbal-grassy finish. Medium to full body, creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Really tasty, great hop juice, just maybe a bit too sweet and thick.
