Shared bottle. Pours is clear golden to light amber with thick persistent white head. Aroma of orange peel, caramel, biscuits, pine and some resin. Taste is light to moderate sweet, light bitter, orange and light biscuity notes on tongue. Light to medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, light bitter finish. Fresh and very drinkable, Ild say this is perfect summer ale, but superb during whole year as well.

(Keg at Black Door, 20150919) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, sweetness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Afteraste was tart, hoppy and bitter. The tartness surprised but wasnt displeasing

[email protected] Orange copper hazy. Malty, bit perfumy floral hoppy nose. Med bodied, pale malty, slight grainy, almondy marmelade in flavour. Floral, fruity. Ok, feels a bit strange though.

33ml bottle from work. Appearance is orange/reddish and clear with a small, light head. Light, sweet, caramely, and herbal, citrusy flavours. I like rye and I like the Dutch, so this is a win for me. Not mind-blowing but pretty enjoyable.
