Bottle 33 cl from Bier-Bienne (CH). Coppery-amber with an average beige foam. Aromas of cereals, even rye bread, bitter of US hops, fruity. The mouth is substantial, with toast, brown bread, bitter orange, notes of pepper and straw. Bitter of grapefruit and pine. Solid. BenWesthof (196) - NETHERLANDS - JAN 11, 2016
One of my favourite Dutch beers. Enjoyable rye taste (this is an RPA), with sweet tones and a smooth aftertaste. Swank (46) - - JAN 9, 2016
Interesting take at an IPA but not really to me likening. Foam dies away quickly, and taste is OK but not very rich. Not an IPA I wil try again. R4N5H (1374) - NETHERLANDS - JAN 3, 2016
33cl bottle on 01-Jan-2015, poured into a stemmed tulip glass. Clear golden amber colour with a medium sized white head which dissipates quickly. Aroma of citrus, pine and malt. Medium body and carbonation. Flavour of grapefruit, malt and hops. Dry and bitter. Nice flavour up front, but doesn’t last very long. I would have expected some spiciness to the rye. trapez (1563) - Hilleroed, DENMARK - JAN 2, 2016

Pours clear golden color with a large white head. Malty, piney aroma with metallic notes, some orange and gooseberry bush, also rye. Grainy flavor with pale malts, rye and hay. Strong carbonation. Not very pleasant. Simple with nothing special to offer.
330 ml bottle. L15158. BB 01/Jul/2017. At the Konttori, Tampere, Finland.
Clear golden color with a small white head.
Dry hops, harshness, dryness, oily notes and malt in the aroma.
The flavor is dry hops, mild bitterness, some harshness and dryish grainy maltiness. Very straightforward. Boring. Hup Jacobuskerk hup!
