Kita (2197) - Koper, SLOVENIA - JUN 29, 2014
Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy deep amber orange color with medium frothy off-white head, nice lacing and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of cereals, caramel, mild roasted malt and fruity hops. Taste starts with light sweet grainy malt, follows by mild fruity acidity and coffee note with spicy mouthfeel and moderate bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Good, but a bit too weak on character...

Tap at the brewery. Decent ale, but seriously lacking in character. Needs more work.

25cl on tap @ Jopen Kerk, Haarlem. Hazy deep copper color, minimal off-white head. Aroma sweetish and honey in the nose, flavor is fruity, moderated hoppy, yeasty, hint of licorice. Taste medium sweetness, medium bitterness, hint of sourness and acidic feel. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, lagerish bitter finish. Refreshing, fine but not too interesting.

On tap at t’Arendsnest, Amsterdam. Clouded orange amber with white head. There are sweet malts to the fore in this, mouth coating, fruity. A bitter hoppy flavour then works its way through, citric and balancing. Good stuff.

Amber coloured beer with a medium white head. Fruit, herbs and a bitterness but all very soft. This beer isn’t bad, but it really missis a bit of own character for me. As if they couldn’t deside wich way to go with this beer.

Bottle. Pours a red amber beer. Taste is spicy, fruity and grains. Taste is sweet with a nice bitter. Thin body. A good beer

fkoolen (1311) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - MAY 25, 2014
Strong thea-like colour with an off-white creamy head. Thin sweet aroma. In the taste, the combination of grainy, caramel, sweet and even a bit smokey tones of rye with the nicely aromatic hops is interesting. Lots of flavours despite the low alcohol grade. Oily mouthfeel, medium-low carbo, medium body.

Grzesiek79 (4366) - Radom, POLAND - APR 29, 2014
Dobre zytnie piwo z jakimis dodatkami. Specjalnie ich nie moglem rozszyfrowac. Ale tresciwe i ladnie wygladajace. Piana rosnie szybko ale srednio sie trzyma. Kolor bursztynowy lekko metny. Slodowosc spora, w smaku jakby prazone orzeszki ziemne lub fistaszki. Ciekawe piwo, lekkie pasujace do kanapek zrobionych z swierzego chleba zytniego.

Jimthechap (2064) - Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND - APR 21, 2014
Hazy red colour with an active (but subsiding) cream coloured head. The aromas are typically spicy with underlying suggestions of stewed stonefruit crumble. The body is surprisingly light and some sweetness comes along with that spiciness. There’s a touch of astringency as you’d get from the earlier alluded to crumble that lengthens an almost sour finish. A curious creature indeed and enjoyable for it.
