11.2 ounce bottle, best before 26 NOV 2017 stamped on the back label. Served in a nonic pint glass, the beer pours a hazy reddish/brown color with about an inch and a half tan head that stuck around for a bit. Theres a small amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like stone fruit, sweet spices, herbs and earthiness. It tastes like stone and dark fruit, caramel, herbs, earthiness, sweet spices, licorice and molasses. Mouthfeel/body is medium, its slick and easy to drink with a good amount of carbonation. I liked this brew, glad I tried this one! $3.99 a bottle.

Pours ruby red, almost dark brown with medium head. Aroma: a lot of dried fruit but also bread crust and caramel. Taste: bready with a dried fruit taste mixed with some fresh fruit (dates palm, plum). Overall very good. A bit like a mix between a bock and a barleywine.

Amber color, small head. Aroma is very fruity with bread, caramel, honey and a lot of herbs (sage, yarrow, gale) hints, some spices (vanilla, pepper) and chocolate as well. Taste offers similar hints, with some acide and roasted notes notes. Medium body, long aftertaste, dryer, with fruity hints. Well integrated alcohol. A very nice, tasty and interesting beer, very different but in a good way.

11.2 ounce bottle poured into a tulip glass. The beer is a dark ruby with lots of sediment floaties throughout. Beige head of foam with moderate retention. The beer smells a lot like a spiced beer with brettanomyces and a belgian yeast strain working together. I get sweet cinnamon, cardamom, light smoke, licorice, clove, candi sugar, and molasses. Sweet and spicy taste. Bigger body and a chewy mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation. Overall, decent. I would be happy to enjoy this beer again someday.
