What’s Brewing 2016, day 2. Black body, light beige head. Aroma is floral with coffee and earth. Taste of chocolate, bread, herbal hops and a strong bitterness. Doughy sweet finish.

Tap. Tasted on the 12/05/2017 at Taphouse (Copenhagen). Clear dark brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, berries and hops. Taste is medium roasty, with notes of cola and cocoa. Medium bitter and roasty finish. Next one please!

Keg at Nags Head, Reading. 19/05/17. Aroma of rum and raisin, with tobacco. Glossy black, with red tints. Thin off-white head rings the glass. Bitter sweet. Stewed fruits. Molasses. Medium bodied. Sticky. Chunky carbonation. Shortish finish, with a pleasant alcohol warmth. Loved this.
