-pours a cloudy ruby-brown with a medium,foamy,quickly dissipating,beige head
-high carbonation visible
-rum-soaked raisins,prunes,cherries,figs
-raisins,caramel,ci nnamon,clove,alcoh ol,plums grapefruit
-high carbonation
-medium to full body
-alcohol noticeable
A fine dutch Quad. The Aroma Hops are a bit wasted though as they are almost completely buried by the malt and alcohol.

TomHendriksen (888) - NETHERLANDS - DEC 10, 2017
Geproefd met Roelzie1986, Inoven en Benzai. Het is een donker bruin bier. Het heeft een gebrande moutige smaak met drop.

Mpuntmuts (344) - NETHERLANDS - NOV 17, 2017
Dark amber pour with technically no head. Powerful aroma of dried fruits, roasted malts, some yeast and hoppiness.Black licorice and burnt sugar peaking through after warming up a bit. The taste of the beer is nicely balanced between the sweet and bitter, mildly warming alcoholic aftertaste. Medium to full body with medium carbonation. Very yummy quad!!!!

heavy (2911) - Split, CROATIA - NOV 14, 2017
Dec. ’16. A 0.33 l bottle at Birra+, Rome. It poured a hazy brown body with a smaller head. Complex and strong aroma, chocolate, caramel, some licorice and dried fruits. Touch of hops like citrus. Flavor was very lightly sweet, jam, dark fruit, chocolate and toffee with light herbal and woody note through it. Full bodied with long finish following the flavor. Alcohol was felt but kinda well hidden for 10%. A pleasant, serious strong Belgian style ale with an interesting touch of hops only in its nose.

Turboninja (880) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 20, 2017
[email protected], from Alko Kaleva, Tampere, Finland. Spicy nuances of dried dark fruits, caramel, raisin and a hint of toffee. Bit boozy. Averagely balanced with long aftertaste with dark fruits and spices. Overall, edgy with clear nuances. A bit of maturing would make it better. Quite basic nuances.

rodenbachvintage (206) - Roeselare, BELGIUM - OCT 7, 2017
Donkerbruin bier met een mooie schuimkraag.
Vooral smaken van karamel, koffie, zoet fruit, licht bittere toets.

DavidSvinth (324) - DENMARK - SEP 10, 2017
UPDATED: SEP 10, 2017 Flot brun og tyktflydende. God aroma af karamel og malt. Smagen fylder hele munde med sødme, alkohol og malt. Behagelig afrunding. Fuld på højde med Rochefort 10.

flemmingwillum (1236) - Nysted, DENMARK - AUG 26, 2017
