COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"Witte Rook" is onze gerookte blonde Weizenbock.

Kleur is mooi, aroma matig, schuim ok. Geen topper.

Van de tap bij Jopen Waarderpolder. Blond bier, witte schuimkraag, troebel, voldoende koolzuur. Aroma: Gerookte ham, tarwemout, koriander, fruitig.

On tap at Jopen, Haarlem. Nose is light smoky, fruity. Body is hazy yellow, head small, white, creamy, mostly diminishing, good lacing. Aroma is fruity, malty, honey, smoky, peach. Medium sweet, light bitter, light fruity sour. Finish is medium lasting fruity medium sweet sour, light umami. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Quite easy, interesting, nice one.

Tap at Jopen Waarderpolder. Hazy golden with white head. Lots of smoke, ham, honey, sweet malts, apricot, soft flowers and lemon peel. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with creamy feel. Too smoky for me.

Several bottles at a friends’. Pours a hazy yellow. White foam. First taste isn’t very special: hints of barbecueed banana, but the lingering taste is of smoked bacon. Wonderfully done!

Draft sample at Jopen Proeflokaal Waarderpolder Haarlem, The Netherlands. 14.07.2016. Taste with Zlotta. Pour it hazy golden color with small white head. Aroma smoked bacon with wheat hah crazy. Taste smoked a lot, clove, wheat on the back, little bit straw feel, pleasant smoke note all the time, actually not bad.

On tap at the brewery, hazy gold with a thin head, fruity yeasty nose, dry-sweet and lightly smoky with excellent balance, very quaffable.
