"poured @record Street brewing in reno...a freebee from the distributor. The great unknown. Upon opening and pouring, the color was a touch light, even for a wit, but the aroma was quite inviting. The usual suspects, coriander and orange peel, but a more attractive boquet than some. Reminded me of Lost Coast Great White. The feel (if you can call it that) and the flavor fell way short, though. Almost non-existant thin and flat-ish mouthfeel, dull flavor with no finish. Needless to say they won’t be carrying it anytime soon."

Reviewed from notes. Thanks Jessica for the bottle. This was poured into a mug. The appearance was a cloudy golden yellow hazed over soapy white color. There was a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about thirty seconds leaving some light messy lacing roaming all over. The smell had some light spicy to sweet coriander, lemon, lemongrass, smooth sweet wheat and a light yeastiness to it. The taste took all of those previously mentioned flavors to combine decently along my taste buds. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. A nice rolling creamy citrus yeastiness rolled over my tongue. Overall, decent witbier I could have another go around on.

Bottle poured a cloudygold with a lingering ring of ivory foam. Aromas of wheat, yeast, coriander, mustard seed and citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of wheat, yeast, coriander, straw, apple and light vinegar with a smooth dry lingering weird spiced finish. Terrible stuff, closest I’ve come to a drain pour in a long time!

Bottle. Pours hazy goldenrod with a white head. Lemony aroma, with spicy yeast and coriander. The flavor has lemony citrus, light sour notes, and some weird funky notes. Odd, and probably a little off, but it worked for me.

12oz bottle 11/25/11 (Jack’s Mountain Home)-46° in Tulip-Pours a murky yellowish orange with a small white ring for a head. Aroma of coriander, wheat, citrus, and orange peel. Taste of the same with a bit of sourness. This light bodied is not bad but not sure if is is old or they made a bad beer. Otherwise not too bad.

UPDATED: JAN 27, 2012 Bottle in Chicago - Hazy golden colour with a white head. Nice aroma with wheat, citrus and coriander. Very typical and fresh wit. Wheat, citric and coriander flavour

Lemony, citrus flavor sticks out immediately after the first sip, slightly sour flavor.... Kinda overpowers the beer, can’t really taste much else... My wife and her lady friends love it, I probably can’t have more than one...

Location: 12 oz bottle from Colonial Wine and Spirits, 9/13/11

Aroma: The nose is lemony, wheat, yeast, and a little bit of spice
Appearance: It pours a clear yellow-gold color with a small white head
Flavor: The taste is full of sour lemons mostly, with some spice and yeast
Palate: The body is light, the carbonation is overly tingly, and it has a rather tart finish
Overall Impression: This one is a bit odd. The taste was a bit unusual with the the tart lemons. It just didn’t really work that well.

12oz bottle I picked up somewhere in arkansas. Pours cloudy orange with white head. Aromas of orange, coriander, wheat, and some yeast. Flavors of orange citrus, bit of wheat and yeast, along with hints of coriander. Mouthfeel was a little thick, but not too bad. Thought it was solid.
