Can. Pours fizzy yellow amber with a small white head that dissipates almost immediately with minimal lacing and large bubbles rising from the bottom. Aroma of corn syrup and pine hops. Flavor is medium sweet, honey or corn syrup, with spruce, pine, and a bit of spiciness. Light bitter finish. Medium body and fizzy in the mouth, sweetish aftertaste.

From the Jug at the GABF Colorado Convention Center, Denver 11/10/2008 Some yeast aroma. Golden coloured and yeasty with a little bitterness in a crisp and dry finish.

12oz can pours clear gold with thirty second near white head of weak foam. The aroma drags up modest levels of sugary sweetness, a dry white paper earthy note and a couple of slivers of citrus fruit. As it warms it gets more Malt Liquor like with slightly chemical and pear to apple fruitiness. The taste has bitter lemon to lime to grapefruit sort of citrus notes that have a vague sort of sugary backbone to them helping to keep them grounded. The hop notes seem to stray into a bit of hop leaf astringency near midway and then again into the finish and that keeps the flavor from coming together in a cohesive manner. I think if this was a little closer to 40F serving temp and I was outside in the heat this might be a suitable choice.

Bottle share w/ Travlr. Light gold with a small head. Sort of pissy lemon, little else. Taste isn’t agreeable. Green apple. Pretty lightweight. Strange rice flavor. Light body, soft carb. Not good.

Tallahassee, Fl - Whole Foods Market - 12 oz can - at the bar. Clear, light golden, no head. Glue like aroma, some liqueur-like boozines. Plastic kind of flavor, some medicinal notes, some sour apple notes, almost cider-like. Thinnish mouthfeel. Had better gluten-frees.

Can. Easily the best gluten free beer that I’ve had! Pours with a very pale, very clear straw hued body with a massive foamy white head that slowly fades. Aromas are hoppy, herbal, citrus, lightly sweet pineapple, guava, medium esters. Otherwise pretty clean with a bit of a CO2 bite. Flavors are very clean, strawberry, low guava, citrus, dry, lightly sour. Clean, medium bitter, neutral-dry balance. Fizzy, seltzer, somewhat bland, but easy to drink. Both the best gluten free beer that I’ve had and the best (albeit limited) beer that I’ve had from this brewery. Grassy finish. Lively bubbles, very thin and very dry. Not half bad!

12oz can picked up at the state store
Appearance: Pours clear straw yellow with a fast fading white head and some lacing
Aroma: Citrus, oranges and tangerines
Taste: Citrus, fruity, lemon and herbal
Unique is the best way to describe this. I like it, very refreshing but has a bitter/herbal aftertaste that takes away from the rest of the beer.

Poured from a 12 ounce can provided graciously by bytemesis. Thanks! Pours a pale gold with a white head of foam that has decent retention. The aroma is grassy and sort of resinous. Taste is drily bitter with a weird sweetness on the verge of tartness. Kinda soapy. I don’t know how I really feel about this one. It’s not really doing it for me.

Aroma is citrus, vegetables and an odd note in the malts probably due to the sorghum. The flavor is citrus, vegetables/celery/spices, malts and a mild bitterness in the finish.

Can:   Very pale straw, clear, thin sudsy white head, little lacing.   Faint champagne yeastie like nose, touch of candied citrus peel... just a touch.   Tastes like a Pale Ale Mimosa, Champagne with a light Pale Ale.   Citrus is very minor.   Given its Gluten free its not too bad, and better than most.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Very little bitterness on the exit.   Seems to mainly be this Champagne like water, with a squeeze of orange juice in it.   Not an IPA would have again, but for Gluten free I at least didnt pour it out.   Lingering sweet lemon and lime.   A bit odd...
