A gluten free pale that has citrus notes and is light bodied. You will find no sorghum in this beer, but rather organic rices, nectars, and north american hops.

So this gluten-free beer from a 50¢ end-of-stock bin at Binny’s finally lets me tick Nevada off my list of states. Like most GF brews, it pours with a lot of fizz and a fizzy, gluey head that goes away quickly. Pale straw color. It is missing the sour apple smell of a lot of sorghum-based beers. But the smell remaining is mostly mineral water. But the taste just is not worth the trip. Some fizz with stale pear juice and curdled milk from the rice. Some hop bite, at least. But with the new methods for deglutenizing malt beers, this one needs to decide if it wants to stay in the picture.

Fizzy blonde body. The nose is rather flowery, and perhaps estery. Light-bodied, flowery, sweet, unattenuated sugar / alcohol notes--like a European lager. Airy.

From World of Beers really light colored clear with no head watery a little sour might be good in the hot sun but other than that I wouldn’t have it again

Great one. Not too memorable but refreshing. Nice thin in body and quite fine looks there too.

If I’m drinking a gluten free beer, I don’t want it to taste like I’m drinking something that’s missing something. And this beer feels like it’s lacking something...gluten, I guess.

Can. Pours a light amber, white head that goes fast, almost indiscernible aroma. Taste is very light malt, no hops presence to be found. Nothing weird here but just very uneventful and boring.

12oz can. Clear gold tone/quick, low foam. Nasty first few sips: Apple, glue, bitter dried herbs, rice, etc. Somehow got better but still a dumper. Medium body and carbonation.

Sample at Kurtkeller 020: Stout-tastic 01 on 02/22/2015. Clear pale golden color with rising bubbles and a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of grassy hops and grain. Light-bodied with an herbal hops character with grain and citrus in the background. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Below average overall.

Tallahassee, Fl - Whole Foods Market - 12 oz can - at the bar. Clear, light golden, no head. Glue like aroma, some liqueur-like boozines. Plastic kind of flavor, some medicinal notes, some sour apple notes, almost cider-like. Thinnish mouthfeel. Had better gluten-frees.

[Can] Fizzy yellow pour with no meaningful head on top. Aromas of green apple and wet grass. Tastes like cheap champagne, sweet apples and sickening residual sugars. Legitimately terrible. Almost a drain pour.

Can. Pours a mostly clear tannish color with a moderate off-white head that dissipates quickly. Nose actually seems apply to me, with just a bit of grains coming in at the end. Taste is like a dry crappy cider, with just a bit of apple to it. Some odd dirt is coming through.
