This is more a cider than a beer, copper in color, medium head, good retention. Red and green apples, some tartness and sweetness, very low bitterness. We were exhausted with some friends after a long walk on the strip. We drank two pitchers in 10 minutes, it was very refreshing, perfect session beer, or hard cider.

same base as their blueberry ale most likely, as the taste, body, abv, and IBUs are identical. The apple flavoring however is not. Smells like an apple jolly rancher. not repulsive, even pleasant, but not what i want in a beer. can you say fufie? typical light beer look, and thin mouthfeel. The flavor could only wish to be jolly-rancher-like. Horrible. I don’t think any of us finished this one."

Definitely one of the greatest beverages I’ve ever had. Besides water, the perfect cut off on thirst you can have.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of apples, malt, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, bread, malt, and straw.

Clear , yellow, medium light head. A tad sour kind of dry tasting. The apple flavor comes out in the aftertaste. A light beer.

This was actually okay. Smells of apples, orange in color. Flavor is fairly juicy up front, okay in the middle. Can’t let it get warm though.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate green apple, citrus apple, artificial green apple, rubber - paint thinner notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fresh. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091122]

12 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet and citric apples even from a distance. Vague sweet and rather estery to phenolic apple dense and quite artificial apple flavoured. Ends citric and fruity.

Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 22, 2009
Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of BelgianBeerGal. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Distinct aroma of apple juice. Light body, tart and astringent apple accents - a little vanilla. Artificial apple. Dry finish. An odd one, but not entirely bad. 221109
