Hazy, amber beer with a three finger high head.
Nose: Tropical fruit, grapefruit, honey, citrus, pine and hops.
Taste: Grapefruit, grass, pine, tea and citrus. More nose than taste.
A solid DIPA but nothing special. mikedR (1561) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - DEC 30, 2013
This is one of the better DIPAs out there. Very well balanced malt and hop wise, and the slight sweetness really works. Bitter but not a hop bomb.

Can from Uber in Seattle
Apricot with a loose soapy top, slightly hazy. Smells nice with peach, mango and dry, crackery malts. Flavor is well balanced on the hops to malts - not particularly bitter, but lots ofhop flavors, fruity and tropical overall. Medium bodied with light carb and a semi dry finish. Nice beer. pintofbitter1 (7) - - DEC 24, 2013 does not count
UPDATED: JAN 1, 2014 Intensely hoppy and aromatic, expressed through vibrant notes of orange zest, lime and mandarin. Precise carbonation leads to massive bitterness, buttressed by a rich malty body full of toast and caramel character. A huge IPA yet all aspects in excellent balance. 12oz can from Total Wine. Pours a hazy amber orange with some foamy white head. Citrus aroma with some pine notes. Balanced taste with a nice hoppy bite. Pretty good and a great value.

12 oz. Can from world beers. Light amber color. Scent of hops and a nice sweet grapefruit aroma. Tastes hoppy. Not really sweet at all. Still, very drinkable. Good beer for the price. Arayaga2 (2221) - portland, Oregon, USA - NOV 24, 2013
Clear amber with 2" of white head. Aroma is sweet and intense with juicy red grapefruit hop nose. Taste is much less sweet and juicy, with grassy herbal hop bitterness. $3/12ozcan FlacoAlto (4220) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - NOV 10, 2013
A vigorous pour into my teku glass produces a two finger thick, pale tan colored head. The beer is a bright, copper color that shows a brilliantly clear, golden copper color. The beer smells of crystal malt and then some supporting hop character. Sweet tea notes, caramelized grain, touches of grapefruit, and some pine like notes.merc7186 (3160) - North Tonawanda, New York, USA - NOV 9, 2013
The beer has a solid bitterness, with a lingering pine and menthol astringency, with an up front grapefruit zest character. The finish also has a toasted whole grain cracker note, some lingering sweet tea leaning crystal malt notes, as well as a caramelized note that adds a bit too much here. The body is a bit on the chewy side for an IPA.
Not really my type of IPA, a bit too malt focused, and the hop character could be a lot more floral and characterful. Wow, I was quite surprised that this was an Imperial IPA, really makes me like it even less.
A: Orangish/Golden Straw Hue, Passes Some Light, Thick White Head, Good Lacing
S: This smells like a bad, gritty barleywine. There is zero bottle dating but I am going to say that this is an old bottle.
T: This is completely devoid of any hops...
M: Great Carbonation, Light to Medium Bodied, ...this is either an old bottle or just junk.
Overall....nothing more to say.
